sheppsk334条评论Pickled radish may not sound too appealing, but I’m glad I gave this roll a try. The pickling doesn’t make the radish too sour, but rather gives it a bit of a sweet and sour flavor. I very much enjoy this simple and yummy roll.Oshinko Maki
sheppsk334条评论I love love love gobo and to have a roll that showcases it is perfection! Gobo isn’t overwhelmingly sweet and it has a nice snap crunch. Pair that with sushi rice and a seaweed rap and I’m in La La Land.YamaGobo Maki
sheppsk334条评论I love a good seaweed salad and Jo:a provides just that. It can be on the extra oily side as most seaweed salads can be, but they add a gobo root and that’s one of my favorite treats. I’m into this dish that doesn’t leave me feeling guilty but defiantly satisfied.Jo:a Seaweed Salad
