This dish held a lot of promise but unfortunately, it was badly presented, and had way too much quinoa (half the bowl). I loved the brussel sprouts and the beetroot though. I would have it again because the taste and flavour was there.

Great fresh dosa. Always tasty and has the option to add a few extras. Dosa is amazing anytime of the day for breakfast, lunch or a snack.

...with spelt roti, crispy onion and microgreens. Beautifully presented and perfectly balanced in flavour and texture, I had to order another one. Yes, it was that good! (This dish is not part of Indikaap's regular menu, it was a special for the weekend.)

...with cardamom and chilli. Sometimes the best tasting things are the simplest. Lightly charred with just the right amount of spice, this was a great start to my meal.

Indikaap has managed to take this Indian classic and place a healthy, Ayurvedic twist on what is considered the quintessential childhood favourite. Layers of flavour are unveiled with each progressive bite, packed with nutrition so that a little goes a long way! Good value for money.
