[EN] 🌱 During my visit at House of Seitan in Gdańsk, Poland I also tried the pineapple shoyu ramen. It has a great addition: pineapple marinated with garlic and chili. It's super cool and interesting. The broth itself is clear, at first sweet, then it shows its spiciness. It's a really nice contrast of flavours, thanks to which this dish is not boring. Combined with cilantro, breaded tofu, and asparagus, it simply has to be good. 🍜 Ramen is noodles. And these are very pleasant, springy and al dente. I didn't hesitate to ask for seconds. 🌶️ So if you're in Gdańsk, go to Piwna street. For ramen prepared with love, you can feel it on your plate. For the lovely service and the cool atmosphere. Sit with beer and people-watch. Even the toilet here is interesting. I will definitely come back! 💚 *** [PL] 🌱 Będąc w gdańskim House of Seitan spróbowałem też ananasowego Shoyu Ramen. Mamy tu świetny dodatek w postaci ananasa marynowanego z czosnkiem i chilli. Mega fajne i ciekawe. Sam bulion jest klarowny, na początku słodziutki, potem pokazuje pazur. I to bardzo fajny kontrast smaków, dzięki któremu o nudzie w tym daniu nie ma mowy. Jeśli połączymy to z kolendrą, panierowanym tofu i szparagami to po prostu musi być dobrze. 🍜 Ramen to oczywiście kluseczki. A te są bardzo przyjemne, sprężyste, al dente. Nie omieszkałem poprosić o dokładkę. 🌶️ Więc kto w Gdańsku, niech spada na Piwną! Dla ramenu przygotowanego z sercem, które czuć na talerzu. Dla przemiłej obsługi, fajnego klimatu.  Posiedzieć przy browarku i pogapić się na ludzi. Tu nawet kibel jest fajny. [ENG] 🌱 During my last trip, I managed to visit a few vegan places. And since I mentioned House of Seitan, I should write more. Because the reason to visit them at Piwna Street on Gdańsk, Poland is, of course, their ramen. A sea of dumplings bathed in glitter and broth. 🌶️ Of course, I started with the signature Spice Girls Miso Ramen. And what a pleasure it was! It's spicy, as the name suggests. But the spiciness is pleasant and balanced. The broth has a delicious creaminess and a salty miso flavor. The "ground" in the chili marinade is fantastic! *** [PL] 🌱 W czasie ostatniego wypadu udało mi się odwiedzić kilka miejsc z wegańskim jedzeniem. I jak już wspomniałem o House of Seitan, to wypada pociągnąć temat. Bo to, na co wpada się na Piwną to oczywiście ich rameny. Czyli morze kluseczków skąpane w brokacie i bulionie. 🌶️ Oczywiście zacząłem od flagowego Spice Girls Miso Ramen. I cóż to była za przyjemność! Jest ostry, jak sama nazwa wskazuje. Ale to pikantność przyjemna i wyważona. W bulionie wyczuwalna umamiczna kremowość oraz słonkawy posmak miso. [ENG] 🌱 House of Seitan is a must-visit place for every vegan travellers in Gdańsk, Poland. They serve ramen, Asian cuisine, beer, liqueurs, and desserts too. 🥜 I'm not a fan of sweets, but this cake was AMAZING! The saltiness of the peanut butter, the sweetness of the caramel, the crunch of the pistachios. There's no need to elaborate, it's simply amazing. 👍🏻 *** [PL] 🌱 House of Seitan to miejsce, które odwiedzić musi każdy waganin w czasie pobytu w Gdańsku. Rameny, kuchnia azjatycka, piwko, naleweczki ale także desery. 🥜 Nie jestem fanem słodkości, ale to ciasto było ZAJEBIASZCZE! Słoność masła orzechowego, słodkość karmelu, chrupkości pistacji.
