Towzen Ramen with Soy Meat, Tempura Vegetables and Miso Soup

Reviewing the whole meal. All plant based. 1 word... Exceptional! You can tell their team of specialist chefs really take pride in their craft. The fresh ramen was perfectly cooked and the broth was so rich! The tempura was light and crispy and the miso soup was so soothing. Will be back again!
