This meal has avo, kidney beans, BBQ tofu, broccoli, quinoa AND vegan cashew cream cheese 😍 What more could you ask for?!! This was utterly delicious, a delightful meal that fills you up without being too heavy! Would definitely have again.

This was rather tasty on its own but I added some chilli and pesto sauce to add a tad more zing. The almond nut parmesan on top added texture. Love. (The side/starter portion was more than enough for me.) #veganisnotscary
