Crispy Marinated Tofu Pho

This vietnamese stand is fully vegan and very cute. The itself pho was bland to me. Maybe it was lacking salt? That said, I did like the tofu texture and there were plenty of noodles. Overall only ok. #pho #vietnamese #londoneats

Bun Cha with Omnipork Patties

Pretty underwhelmed by this dish, had way better at my friend and family’s houses. The sauce given 'Nuoc Cham' was standard Soy Sauce, expected a lot more than something I could make myself.
