I love that hai di lao has two soup bases that are vegan (just ask them not to add chicken oil), these are the mushroom and tomato soups. Then load it up with tofu, mushrooms and other veggies. We had a group of four and got the mushroom platter, silken tofu, beancurd, tofu strips, lotus root, potato slices, spinach, and black fungus and a portion of rice to share. We all left feeling full and satisfied ☺ the tomato base is the best 😋
