christine150条评论My partner and I were so excited to learn that this dish uses lions mane mushroom! So rare to find anywhere besides a farmer’s market. This dish exceeded all expectations! We were blown away by the beautiful concoction of the textures and flavors of the mushroom, mole, and guac. We were thoroughly impressed by the entire dish. Highly recommend!!Mushroom Mole Tacos
christine150条评论Interesting take on vegan gumbo with okra, jackfruit and shiitake mushrooms. My partner and I weren’t that impressed as it could’ve used more flavor and spice. Also, the amount of rice was excessive; I would’ve preferred less rice and more substance. We appreciate the organic fresh ingredients though! Good clean dish.Vegan Seafood Gumbo
