My boyfriend went for this dish and he was super happy and satisfied. It is a seitan-duck marinated with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise and cloves, and served with seasonal veggies. You can decide which sauce you prefer, he went for the red curry, as suggested by the waiter. Wow, I've usually found such skewers with tofu but never with seitan and I loved this version. I think there is no need to let them remind of chicken, they are perfect just the way the are. They are super crunchy and with a solid texture inside, quite layered and really pleasant. As for the rest of the dish, there are a lot of fresh veggies and you can decide which sauce you want. I chose tamarind, as I usually don't find it in Berlin, and it was really delicate but still flavourful.
