I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish the wrap in one sitting: joke on me, I did and didn’t feel overwhelmed! 😂 It was filled with lettuce, tomatoes, seitan and fresh red onions - had to remove them because they were a bit too strong for my liking. This is one of the best dishes I ever tasted ever. Hamdmade tortellini with a seitam filling and a rich, creamy yogurt based broth. The description and the pictires make ir no justice. The ultimate comfort food.

Funghi (credo un mix di tipi diversi, tra cui Portobello) stufati con cipolla, aglio, peperoni, pomodori e un po'di peperoncino, accompagnati da riso basmati. La porzione era più che abbondante, probabilmente avremmo potuto mangiarla in due. Tutto somma un buon piatto, però io avrei preferito meno aglio e meno cipolla, ma sono gusti.

Vegan in Vienna. A vegan Seitan Bowl with hummus, broccoli, sweet potato, vegetables, lettuce and very good spices. A very nice owner. His slogan: “Everything is 100% vegan. And I’m proud of it!”.

I am sorry, but I was quite dissapointed. I've heard quite a lot about this kebab, but I am not a fan. The kebab was very soft and had really funny spongy texture. The taste was OK.

Gaia kitchen is a vegan paradise! I recommend to go eat there, because they prepare different ingredients and foods every day and you can then decide freely what you would like to get for your bowl/dish. Everything was fresh, delicious and made with love!

This family-owned kebab shop is really a game changer: they open up recently and have decided to create only vegan and vegetarian kebab and Turkish dishes. This is already amazing, but even more amazing is the fact that they decided to offer an alternative to the classic falafel sandwich, i.e. a homemade seitan kebab that won't make you miss the taste of meat. Furthermore, you have a wide variety of sauces - all vegan-, the staff is super friendly and they only use paper for the packaging (no plastic, finally!). I simply love the concept, the people there and the food.
