This was one of the worst burgers I have had of late. First of all, the menu label was “fried tofu sandwich” so receiving a burger bun was a surprise. Floret is an all vegetarian restaurant in SEATAC, the Seattle airport but it’s not all vegan. I stopped here with a 40min layover and didn’t have much time to eat and get to my next gate. The deep fried tofu came with a puddle of oil on the plate, not a great sign. The tofu and whole burger itself didn’t taste like anything but salt. I could only stomach a few bites before I called it quits and got a box to bring the rest home for my partner who has an iron stomach. The sweet potato fries had a nice seasoning on them however there was about 5x of that seasoning than actually needed so they became overwhelming really quickly and also coated my hands with powder. This dish was $20 USD and really not worth it! It was a send back scenario but there was no time for it and I wasn’t confident another version would have been better. not bad for a vegan option in the airport. this breakfast burrito actually turned out to be very filling. i liked the taste - lots of sweet potatoes & leafy greens. this place is vegetarian & i know they have other vegan options on their menu as well! 🌱

Having a delicious vegan restaurant right inside the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) is the greatest thing ever. Sure, all airport food is overpriced, but this is actually a GOOD restaurant, with great vegan food. Worth sitting down here in between flights. I ordered the Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla. Oh my God it was hella good. It was loaded with roasted veggies, the "cheese" was melted and warm. The "sour cream" dipping sauce was a perfect compliment too. I wasn't a fan of the chopped carrot/ginger garnish on top, so I just took that off. But every other aspect of this was 100% amazing. And the whole time while I was eating this I kept thinking, "this is so unhealthy... But SOOO DAMN GUUUD!" (Only because it was a bit oily, but while navigating through the airport, I couldn't care less. I enjoyed this.) Ingredients included: roasted vegetables and a trio of cheeses, served with sour cream and roasted tomato salsa.

They have amazing Plant-based options! It is one of the only Plant-based restaurants in SEA so I was soo happy to find it! The desserts are on the sweet side, but man are they yummy! I didn't grab a pic of our meals but they were pretty awesome as well! Definitely recommend.

Amazing vegan rendition of the classic breakfast burrito. Packed with nutrition and flavor. Pricey but worth it if you’re laid over in Sea-Tac :-) Paired with their house made kombucha.
