This coconut-curry based bowl was packed with a variety of fresh veggies - tomatoes, chard, red bell peppers, and onions - plus chickpeas and yellow split peas. The serving size was huge (this is half the take-out container) and intensely flavorful. As of March 24 2020 Embermill is still serving to-go orders and has a number of vegan options on their Caribbean- and Creole-driven menu.
