This is one of the best empanadas I’ve had! The pastry was so satisfyingly crisp and the filling was plentiful. Inside was a mixture of mushrooms, red capsicum, diced carrot, basil, vegan cheese, and soy sauce. On the first bite you’ll encounter the tasty and creamy melted vegan cheese and it’s there until the all-too-short end. A delicious snack.
