This is my second time trying El Borracho. The first time it was a Saturday night around ten pm, they do not close till midnight but the menu was cut down to a handfull of dishes for the night. Food was less that impressive so I wanted to give it another go in the day. I got two tacos, a tinga and al pastor. The al pastor was mushroom based but to be honest (it may be personal) but it the look of it grossed me out (it reminded me of liver or something). The flavor was not there, as someone natuve from Mexico city I can tell you this was NOT al pastor, at all. Dissapointing. It just reminds me of a better presented taco bell, in terms of flavor and quality. You have to order contactless on your phone regardless of time if day.It is a great location, a short walk from Pike's market in Seattle, WA. This Mexican restaurant is fully vegan with a full bar and has street parking which can be hard to come by based on time of day. #mexicanfood #seattle #tacos #tacosalpastor

This is the second (and last time) trying Borrachos for me. Let me start with saying that I appreciate a fully vegan restaurant with extended hours and great location (a few minutes walk from Pikes Place Market in #seattle). But the quality, flavor and price if the food is subpar. The first time I tried this place it was late (around ten pm) on a Saturday night and they had a very limited menu (though they close at midnight). Food was not flavorful or creative and overpriced so I thought I would come in the daytime at least once. You order via QR code at the table and have mostly a contactless service. This tinga taco was very wet and lacked the vibrant flavor and color if a tinga taco. It was expesive as well and reminded me more of the vegan version of tacobell. #tinga #eatingout #tacos

First time at this #fullyvegan #mexican restaurant in #seattle. Stopped by on a Saturday night at about 10:00 pm. They also have a bar with margaritas and other drinks. You seat yourself and order on food on your phone and alcoholic drinks at the bar. It felt a little weird in my opinion and impersonal but not a huge deal for most people. They are open until 11, which is super convenient for a very late diner. This #carneasada taco was made with #impossible meat and topped with cilantro and onion. You could add sauce but it comes served plain, it needed something for sure because it was a little bland and a tad dry, but decent. #washington #eatingout

This #fullyvegan #mexican resturant located in #seattle is very accesable with its location and extended hours (we stopped by at 9:30pm on a saturday night). It is mostly #tacos with a few other options. You order through a QR code on the table and food is brought over. They have a bar as well that serves multiple types of latino inspired drinks like differenr flavores of margaritas. The #fakeshrimp was not bad, did not have a lot of flavor though but visually it looked like shrimp in the shape and color. It was a tad rubbery but similar to how shrimp is (if I remember correctly) but not strong flavor of any sort. The taco was topped with cilantro, onion and radish. I felt like it needed lime but otherwise was not bad. #washington #eatingout
