This delicious and refreshing chilled soup was made with tomatoes from Flamingo Ridge in Gaston, along with local organic cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. It was bursting with fresh summery flavors from all the veggies. I finally got to try Ditto! This sandwich was very delicious, but quite messy! It came with a just egg patty, sausage patty, sun-dried tomato cream cheese, cheddar, arugula, avocado, and balsamic glaze drizzle with a delicious pub bun. It also came with a hashbrown. It was very fresh tasting and filing. The seasoning on the hashbrown was very good.
