This is the only place in Singapore where I have found this dish on the menu. I looove the combination of chewy gluten, springy mushrooms, and crunchy peanuts. It's a bit sweet, but that somehow works and elevates the dish to a whole new level of tasty. The restaurant itself isn't that vegan friendly, but if you ever do visit I strongly recommend you try this.
