Vegetarian biryani

This dish was amazing, I highly recommend it. I believe it was vegan as is but I’d double check that it doesn’t have ghee. Here it is served on my plate, but the dish came in serving dishes and had great presentation.

Baingan Bharta (ask for no dairy)

The dish was delicious. I asked if they could prepare the dish without dairy and they accommodated my request. The dish is served with jeera rice (rice with cumin seeds).
