This comprises a glorious mix of delicious and healthy ingredients such as multi grains and seeds, #cauliflower #rice , soy-free #oat #tofu, roasted carrots and dukka, roasted #sweetpotato and #hummus. This resulted in a medley of tastes and textures that contrasted and yet harmonized perfectly, full of simple and pure flavours. Damage was $17+.

[Date of visit: 19 October 2024] Gastronomia has one of my favourite places for grain bowl so I was a little disappointed to see the reduction in portion in my last visit. Not only that, the recipe for my favourite turmeric cauliflower was also changed and I didn't like the new version (which is now green) quite as much (it wasn't bad, but i didn't find it as great as their original roasted tumeric cauli which was just 🤤). The other ingredients on the plate: cauliflower rice (unseasoned), hummus, tempeh, pearl barley tomato mix

$5.50 for about thrice the size of this (a medium-sized loaf). Very moist, gluten-y and slightly sticky on the inside and nicely crunchy on the outside :D Mildly tangy sourdough flavour. Would be even better if there is a version scattered with walnuts and a bit of salt mixed evenly into the bread dough before baking! :) #sgbreads #sourdough

So glad some restaurants here are still experimenting with Impossible Pork - feels like it made a big splash on its launch then disappeared. This dish is simple but comforting. The pork here has more of a sausagey flavour profile, which is nicely balanced by the pasta (I chose penne), mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

One of my grain bowl selection. Ordered extra serving of the soft tumeric cauliflower on thos day. Quite filing as there was plenty of grains and carbs from lentils, barley & falafel cake which was on the sweet (not savoury) side. Honestly i'm not a fan of the falafel but there are limited Protein selection and this is the only vegan option.

This is their balanced bowl at $14.90 which is more pricey than the usual salad bar, but every single one of their dishes is so packed with different & quality ingredients, and FULL OF FLAVOURS, it’s well worth it. See the full range available and the options I had in 2nd pic! Can also order ala carte dishes from their salad bar by 100g Only 1 vegan protein option available, but it was rly so good that’s the only one you need hahah Tasted so rich, filling

Love my grain bowl! - healthy & so satisfying. What i like most: the Braised lentils & Confit leeks, roasted tumeric cauliflower, summer barley salad, chickpea hummus dollop.The roasted carrots & toasted dukkah was just alright, was expecting something more from the dukkah. 🥗 SGD 20.90

This yummy and filling meal comprised 2 bases, 1 protein, 4 veg (a top up of 2 veg) & 1 dollop of vegan hummus. SGD 20.90. All worth it other than the $3 top up for poached broccoli! I got just 3 medium-sized florets... Surely Gastronomia can be more generous than this? Staff was friendly but I was sent back n forth with conflicting instructions on how to place my order and utilise my voucher. Took a long time for this.

What's in my bowl 🥗: 2 bases (cauliflower ryce, summer barley salad), 1 protein (baked quinoa falafel), 3 vegs (turmeric cauliflower, kale+broccoli stem+beetroot salad, shredded Brussel sprouts + turnip + cranberry salad), 1 dollop (vegan hummus). ~SGD17+ I had my food heated up except 2 salad dishes which were recommended by the staff to be served chilled. On its own the ingredients were ok (not bad but nothing mind-blowing; falafel was slightly dry) but when mixed with the hummus dollop everything was yummy and satisfying! 😋😋
