Corninas Bakery in Tacoma, WA, has lots of vegan, gluten free and keto options including cake, cookies, quiche and sandwiches. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and vegan options always on hand but you can also order vegan options. Parking is street parking. 😭 Unfortunately, this was not good. I am not sure of it was because it was #glutenfree but the cookie was dry and crumbled as you held it. The cream was ok, but not very flavorfull. I threw it away.

Corina's bakery is a bakery and cafe with extensive vegan offerings including cupcakes, cookies, drinks and lunch food such as quiches and sandwiches. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, street parking available. You can pre-order full cakes or deserts to make sure you have lots of vegan treats but they always have vegan options available in store for purchase. They also have gluten free and keto options. This marbles cupcake was so moist and delicious! The frosting was a vegan buttercream with a chocolate detail. #cupcakes #desert

so i’ll just post the pic of it in the container because i literally couldn’t take a decent pic of it out smh. also i just wanted to share some peanut butter of course. huehuehuehue... anyway! this cupcake was pretty yummy! the citrus and vanilla flavor was spot on and the cupcake was super moist. i usually can’t handle the sweetness of any frostings (minus chocolate frosting), so i took it off and had like half of it. from what i tried, it was a 7/10 on the sweetness scale which isn’t super bothersome for me. i didn’t really like the orange candy on top, but that’s just for aesthetic purposes, so it doesn’t matter. overall, a good cupcake and i’m glad i bought two!! :))
