This hazelnut cookie was crispy and nutty and delightful! Not a gooey or chewy cookie by any means, which I normally prefer, but this was quite nice too. The big pieces of hazelnut through each bite was really nice.

I don’t know who Sarah Renson is but she’s a genius! This caramel tart was incredible! The crunchy and nutty pistachios paired so well with the deep rich caramel, which to me almost had an alcoholic flavour. The crust was light and crumbly. It was a beautiful pastry overall:) #pistachiolover
