This was magnificent and my favorite dish of the day. I've never had a real Philly cheesesteak to compare, but this vegan one was delicious. The #seitan is marinated so well with a great flavor. The bun was so delightfully soft. It was a super #hotmess with the vegan ranch and cheese and I ended up having to fork and knife it 🤣 Highly recommend! This was a great find in downtown Rochester Hills! It's on a strip of shops and restaurants, a good place to walk around on a nice day. They have a full separate vegan menu, and I was very impressed by the vegan options I selected, as were my omni friends! This bowl had #impossible meat that was seasoned very well and had a nice texture. There were a good mix of flavors with corn, guac, peppers, and onions drizzled with vegan ranch. The tortilla chips gave a nice texture differential which was great. It was also reasonably priced and a huge portion. #veganbowl #impossiblemeat #supportlocal #michigan
