Great vegan meal. Carrot purée, quinoa were great. Marinade on the tofu was lovely and it was a hearty portion of tofu! Tofu could’ve been sliced thinner to soak up more flavor, as the middle of the slabs was pretty plain. Overall happy with the dish!
