This is not the Greek moussaka. It's kind of a soup with tomato sauce, chickpeas, vegetables and a lot of coriander.

This starter is typically vegetarian but you can ask to remove the egg so it's vegan. It's very tasty, flavorful and a bit spicy but not too much. It's served with bread.

The *Tagine Boustaan* is a vegetable tagine served with surprisingly buttery couscous (vegan still). The tagine was sweet and savory and you can definitely taste the flow for it each vegetable. The couscous is very well done and awakens your tastebuds when combined with the onion sauce of the tagine. The *Betenjal Bel Tahina* is a delicious appetizer with creamy vegan tahini atop soft grilled aubergine. With a rich garlic flavor, it makes you want more of it as a main dish!
