This is basically aubergine fried in a very strong soy sauce. Not my favourite, as it was too strong for me.

Such a classic dish in Barcelona. Really enjoyed the freshness of the bread and tomatoes.

I’ve never tried something like this before, and I really enjoyed it. It was a fruit and veg salad, but it had a basil dressing. Really nice!
