Special menu that offers three mains and one drink at $15.90. The vegan mains were pad thai, green curry rice and rice with stir fry basil “chicken”. Got a vegan thai green milk tea with almond milk as well 😋 One downside is that the sugar level for the milk tea wasn’t customizable, but overall it was a filling and satisfying meal!

Bangkok Jam has the best green curry. With choice of #plantbased Shani Global Chicken or vegetables, I chose the latter. I just love the simplicity of a good bowl of green curry with wholesome vegetables. The fragrant Thai Basil leaves, those generous serving of small purple brinjal, beautifully cut into small chunks, so soft & flavorful. Sweet baby corns. Cubes of soft tofu. Slices of sweet carrots & fresh broccoli 🥦. So heavenly Thai. This is part of weekday lunch set special at $17.70 with a drink. It is relatively a small bowl of green curry for the set lunch. Looking at 3rd photo, the bowl of rice looks almost the same size as the bowl of Thai green curry.🥴 If I’m to order ala-carte, it is full size at $17.70 (10% service charge & 8% GST inclusive) without rice & drink. I won’t be ordering the set lunch again. I would prefer to order the full size green curry & a plate of rice. If I would like a drink, I would order my favourite #vegan Thai Milk Tea. That would be a hearty & happy meal for me :) #veganisnotscary

Pretty nice. It is sweeten just nice & I find myself enjoying this. This is part of the weekday lunch set. The glass is tall but thin. If I order it on its own, it is quite pricey at $7 (with 10% service charge & 8% GST). The quantity doesn’t match the price tag. #veganisnotscary

Read a lot of review on it 🤩 But I didn’t like it 😔 The plant based chicken texture tasted real though 😮 The whole dish is oily and has a different taste from what I like about Thai food, sweet and sour 😅 I still like my phad thai ❤️

Pad Kee Moo, also known as Thai Drunken Noodles is Bangkok Jam’s latest vegan addition! Consisting of baby corn, cherry tomato, broccoli, basil, plant-based chicken from FOREVER and kway teow. This Thai dish is known for its spicy 🌶️ and bold flavours and it really lived up to it! The vegetables had the right amount of crunchiness, without being over cooked. Aroi Mak Mak! Price: $12.90

Tom Kha Talay J priced at $13 with bouncy Happiee!™ prawniee, konjac squid and #shimejimushrooms. Flat #coconut milk in sour #tomyum base a tad too adventurous for my liking; pairing it with rice failed to cut thru the confusion as well. A last & one off experience 😅

Interesting and nicely plated platter. Good for trying out the appetisers. Fried mushrooms are nice and crispy. The tapioca balls skin is mochi-chewy, and the fillings are pretty tasty. A little savoury with a tinge of sweetness. Veggie summer rolls are light and refreshing. My only gripe is the banana blossom cake. Though interesting texture, it taste quite salty.

Juicy sliced mango that was not too sour or fibrous. Served with sticky glutinous rice that I personally found slightly dry, but all was good after adding on the coconut cream (which the staff confirmed did not contain any dairy). ($9.90) #sgvegan #sgdessert

Brewed green tea infused with jasmine flowers and mint, along with #milklab #almondmilk. Previously had the iced version at another outlet and found it quite diluted and subtly scented, like bottled sweetened green tea. This time I had the hot version and liked it much better! Creamier, thicker, and richer. Would recommend the hot version! Sweetness level customisable; i.e. regular or less sweet versions available. ($6.90) #sgvegan #sgdrinks
