A pasta dish made to resemble the taste of the sea: with fresh pasta, cherry tomatoes, mint, linen seed oil, seaweed, “tofish” cubes and eggplant.
It was a savory dish, but not the kind of pasta I usually love, especially when it comes to marine pastas. I tend to enjoy a more delicate and lemony taste, while this ones despite the marine notes from the seaweed, seemed more earthy.
It was a good dish nonetheless and the portion was very generous.
I loved this fully vegan restaurant and the wide choice of dishes available, but out of all the things we tried in this visit I wouldn’t suggest this pasta, as there were other things I enjoyed way more.
