This was such a delicious tofu scramble. I chose vegan cheddar, veggie bacon, spinach and tomato; there’s other choices. Comes with a bread. Extremely affordable and filling. If I lived in ABQ I’d eat here all the time #tofuscramble #tofu #breakfast #brunch #veganbreakfast
