csquaree828条评论The soup is quite light. I was expecting the yuzu to hit but it fades off rather quickly. The saltiness adds up (not the umami type) and generally ok. The noodles are cooked al dente and the tofu is slightly charred which adds a depth of flavor but it is super soft (nearing soggy)yuzu shio ramen
Stellaaa 9条评论The first ever vegan ramen I had and it did not disappoint! I love the idea of soy milk as broth. It was creamy and you could kinda taste the sweetness of the veggies. Also, the broiled tofu skin was pretty tender, love it!Ramen with soy milk
