🌶 The new Mapo Tofu from I Want To Eat Ice So Much (it’s a mouthful!)
🍚 They’ve gone with cubed silken tofu nnow, and it’s much heavier on the veggies (primarily cabbage) than previous iterations.
Still a solid and filling choice. I thoroughly doused in shichimi togarashi after taking this pic 😉
