I usually make these in the oven. Great flavour and quite a solid texture so
can be possibly added into a cassoulet. The paprika in here gives nice depth of flavour.

We used this chorizo in a pasta dish. My non-vegan friend was shocked at how

A little unit different in taste and texture to other sausages I’ve had. Lots more
flavour but not quite sure if I’d say chorizo flavour
