Absolutely perfect for a last minute meal idea. I will keep one in the freezer
at work to make sure I always have a healthy, satisfying meal on hand. I hav purchased it thinking it was a side for two people but it is an excellent single person portion.

Very, very tasty! Excellent source of protein, fiber, iron and potassium. Not very economical though.
I'm a light eater and the whole bag was one portion for me, so I doubt it would be enough for someone with a bigger appetite. It would make a good side. But I will buy again from time to time.
