Delicious organic seitan-based vegan chorizo slices, very aromatic and well seasoned

(not spicy). Great texture. Palmoilfree. Rich in protein. Price 2,49 €.

I bought it for a trip in which we were going to be constantly moving,

so lunch had to be something light, packable and that did not need refrigeration. So this thing was the perfect option as we could easily prepare bocatas and eat them while hiking or at the top.
So, regarding this one, the texture is quite good, but the flavour is not quite similar compared to the traditional chorizo. I still liked it though
