We rounded out 2020 with quick and easy veggie burgers (using the Spar potato patties, purely because that’s what we had on hand in the freezer) 🍔

Mine was drenched in this most amazing of all sweet chilli sauces by Wellington’s.

It’s really just sweet and not remotely spicy, so keep that in mind if that’s not your vibe.

Besides being a great topping for a veggie burger, it also makes a great dipping sauce for springrolls, nuggets, samoosas, etc ❤️

Purchased this to spice up my love for stir-fries. It adds more of a sauce

to the dish which I like, and it has a really pleasant hint of sweetened, mild chilli.
The flavour of this sweet chilli sauce works really well with the other herbs and spices I use.
