White Miso

First time I buy and use miso, and I'm so enthusiast about this ingredient! The

flavour of this miso paste is quite good both in the soup (I did not put enough in the miso soup I made, but still quite happy as it was my first attempt) and directly from the jar.

i bordi lisci sarebbe ancora meglio. Must have in cucina

Very good taste. I used this miso to make some Asian dishes.

I was positively surprised by this. I cannot compare it with other brands but the

flavor is nice. I like the packaging too - a glass pot - which can be easily reused.

Very versatile and can be kept for long in the fridge.
