I can't always find it, but when I do it’s a haul to store because it’s incredibly cheap.
Firm texture, I really like eating it straight out of the pack, just salted in a pan with two or three tablespoons of white wine mixed with a few drops of liquid smoke to bring out the aroma.

Non lo trovo sempre, ma quando lo trovo faccio scorta perché lo uso tantissimo e soprattutto costa una miseria.
Consistenza di tipo firm, a me piace molto anche al naturale solo saltato in padella con un po' di vino bianco misto a qualche goccia di fumo liquido che ne enfatizza l'aroma.

Non sono grande amante del tofu classico che troviamo nella grande distribuzione in occidente, più che altro per la sua difficoltà nell'acquisire un gusto. Servono preparazioni con diversi ingredienti, marinature e quant'altro perché io sia davvero soddisfatta. In questo caso questo problema non si pone affatto!✨
Il gusto ricorda vagamente la scamorza affumicata, tant'è che è l'ideale anche per un pasto veloce, quando non si ha tempo di cuocerlo🌺 anche se il suo meglio lo da ovviamente cotto🌹
Perciò si aggiudica sicuramente il titolo di miglior tofu da supermercato che io abbia provato🌱

Questo prodotto della Lidl Marchio Vemondo è la prima volta che lo compro. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo, devo dire che era buono anche così da solo.
Ho provato a fare uno spaghetto di zucchine con una cremina di ceci a acqua calda per ricordare la cremosità di una carbonara.
Io che la carbonara non la apprezzavo da onnivora adesso ricreo la ricetta in chiave #vegetale !
Secondo me dovrei provare a prendere il sale Kala namak per dare quel sapore di zolfo/uovo 😅
This smoked Tofu from lidl 1.25euro so a bargain really. Not as good the one from Alcampo but not bad.
