I was skeptical about this product but I honestly loved it. The taste and texture is just perfect. I'll not eat it every week but it is good to have in the freezer when you're in a hurry. Eat it with rice or salad.

I would buy it again for an occasional treat. Fat is a little high but protein is good and there is 42% of required B12 in a serving. Texture is good.

A nice alternative when craving regular chicken nuggets. Can dry out quickly so be careful when cooking. I like to dip mine in a little bit of vegan mayo
These nuggets are one of my favourite items from the Yves food line. They are very similar to chicken nuggets. They aren’t the healthiest, but nice to have once in awhile. Easy to bake and you can dip them in plum sauce. I would highly recommend this product. #blackgoat
