I used this broth to make broccoli soup and it gave a creamy and rich taste. It would probably be delicious with tomate soup as well.

This meal was inspired by a video by Rainbow Plant Life, https://youtu.be/Pj3GR7b-s7s 👩🍳 I only ever stock stock but not broth so this was a last minute purchase, and a pricey one at that but I was pretty happy with the outcome. While it did lend some of the orange to the soup, much of that was actually from the carrots 🥕 I put in. All this just because I had a can of borlotti #beans I wanted finished 😄 Check photo 3 for the colour and consistency of the broth. I’m not sure how much a difference it truly made in flavour, it was a pretty plain maybe carrot-heavy sip. Regardless, if you’re not counting every penny it’s got a thumbs up from me 😋 #bestpicks #veganrecipes
Not something you can outright taste, but I added some of this #vegetablebroth to my tomato pasta and tom yam noodles (2nd and 3rd shots, apologies for having to recycle the pictures from reviews of other products 😅), and can say they added this nice legume-meets-umami quality to both 😋 In the case of the tom yam, I'd argue that you absolutely need a replacement for the prawn or chicken stock; it just isn't the same with water and the various spices, so this does the job 😉 They eschew the health equivalent of greenwashing, by putting a clear * next to their claims of salubrity, designed to lead you to the factoid about sodium content (1 cup = 22% of your daily intake 😮) But even so, there will always be customers like me 😊
One of my favorite soup/stew ingredients! Tasty and healthy. 🌱 #uplandspeak
Makes great soup and I have even used this in place of water when making rice. So good!
