Vegane Schnitzel Klassik

Tastes good but is nothing special. Got crispy fast. Love serving it in a roll.

This does look like Schnitzel. It was a bit hard and chewy but maybe I just should have cooked it for longer. I'm not sure if a meat eater would taste that it's not meat, but it tastes good enough.
