Vegan Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich

No coconut base, yay ✅🙈 A delicious subtle? light? vanilla oat based ice cream. Cookie texture is unfortunately soggy and soft. Chocolate chips are present but not as abundant as perhaps promised. Anyway #icecream sandwiches are a fun way to consume ice cream without excessively sticky fingers. And you get cookies 😄🍪🍦🍪

These are my new favourite ice cream. If they weren’t so expensive I’d live on them. The cookies are so delicious and the perfect texture to go with the ice cream - the ice cream doesn’t come oozing out. Amazing!!

This was so good! 😋 Thank you @vikas for the mid-afternoon goodie 💖 I went from having zero #icecreamsandwich to one a month recently 🥲 Life’s been great! The #cookie part of the #sandwich was nice & soft, though @m1tch9i says she prefers hers harder? 🧐 I didn’t think they ever came crispy! It wasn’t too sweet either in spite of there being quite a number of #chocolate chips. Neither was the #vanilla for that matter 🤗 Word of caution though, this is more a #chocoholic snack than something that’ll fill a #vanillaicecream craving. Super delicious 🍦

If you like ice cream, this one is a good one. The oat ice cream really taste like oat milk (I really like), and the chocolate chip cookie is delicious. I think it’s a good combination. Bit pricey though.

yeah, this was a no from me. hated the taste and texture of both the cookie and ice cream. didn't even want to finish it, had to think of putting something on it to mask the flavour. not a strong flavour, but just not pleasant for me. so many better brands out there in the market.
