Mild “original” Cashew Cheese Sauce

This cheese sauce was amazing. Creamy and very cheesy, paired great in my taco salad

and nachos.
Purchased at a food truck at the Veg fest in Pensacola 2022. The owner is a gem and had such a humble personality.
