Esta muy bien ya que viene con b12 y al tomarla a diario me aseguro que no se me olvida. Es de textura muy líquida y respecto a proteína total es de las que menos tienen con 71gr por cada 100gr. Para disolverla hay que agitar bastante ya que si no lo haces pueden quedar pequeños grumos. De sabor está bueno, es como tomarse un batido de chocolate.

Good price for the cuantity. I do not work out and i used this in cakes. My friend does shakes with it. Found it in Decathlon shop. There weren t many vegans options in this shop but i ll try in their other ones.
