Vegan Mochi

When I went from vegetarian to vegan I was scared I wouldn’t be able to enjoy mochi again but I did all thanks to Whole Foods! Wooo! They were sort of expensive for just 6 pieces but tasted great as mochi should.

I really loved the taste and texture of this mochi!
