Jackfruit Epok-Epok

Tasted this first during the Singapore Vegan Festival.
They sold out on the beyond meat

version but I was able to taste the jackfruit version, it was tasty nonetheless 💚 Definitely recommending them @VeganHaven.SG or reordering when I’d have an event. 👍🏼

Nothing can beat authentic Malay curry puffs, and they’re vegan! The filling is sooo yummy;

super savory and flavorful, which I’m surprised with jackfruit. Still prefer the Beyond meat and potato. For $2 for a small piece it’s a bit pricey (ate 5 of them to get full) but worth it! @heymacarena This was the non spicy flavor but still found it spicy; a manageable level. #malayvegan #bestpicks #sgeats

A unique take on curry puff. The jackfruit tasted similar to meat because of its

texture and it has no jackfruit flavor. Just have the taste of their lovely curry. Will definitely buy again in the future. #veganisnotscary

Delicious rendang filling with the right amount of spice! Couldnt taste the jackfruit at all

and the texture was very similar to shredded chicken/ pulled pork. They were very generous with the filling, but gosh it is really tiny for 2 bucks! I had to eat 4 just to feel full - may be better as a snack than a meal.
