Made from algae these contain 340mg DHA and 170mg EPA and are formulated to take once a day. I get them on subscription for £24.50 (60 capsules) which I believe is comparable or cheaper than other brands for similar strength. The box fits through the letterbox every other month so it’s very convenient and I can cancel any time. #sustainable
