del risultato, mancava un po’ di croccantezza ma tutto sommato era buonissima 😍

I’ve never tried a smoked tofu that I didn’t like so far. I will cook
“moelas” with this one, which is a traditional Portuguese dish made with chicken gizzards 🤢. I will try my best for a cruelty-free version.
