This is one of my go-to flavored plant-based yogurts. It’s made from soy, has a creamy texture, and a light vanilla flavor that’s not overly sweet. Great on its own or paired with fruits, granola, or even stirred into overnight oats. It’s fortified with calcium and vitamins B12 and D, and also contains live cultures. Each 100g serving has around 65 kcal, 2.1g fat, and 3.3g protein. I like that it’s low in fat but still feels indulgent. A really solid dairy-free option if you enjoy vanilla yogurt.
