I really like this classic vanilla ice cream. It’s simple, creamy, and tastes exactly like the traditional non-vegan ice cream. It’s only ingredients are organic coconut cream, water, cane sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable gums (acacia, tara, guar), and vanilla beans. I love that it has simple ingredients and not tons that are hard to pronounce. #veganin2020 24/30
