If you used to love the proper buffalo mozarella style cheese- this will be your
saving grace!! Soft and perfect for a caprese salad or on a pizza. Here l just added olive oil and balsamic with fresh basil and sun ripened tomatoes

Aesthetically is is remarkably like dairy mozzarella. The taste is quite mild but what I
enjoy the most is that it is nut based compared to a lot of other vegan cheeses that have a coconut oil base. This does make it more expensive but you pay for what you get. Great product and brand #ditchdairy

Subtle tasting and creamy this mozzarella is mostly made with nuts so it’s different to
a lot of the coconut oil based cheeses out there (although it does also contain coconut oil). Great on burgers. Not very interesting on its own.

Best vegan mozzarella for pizzas I’ve found so far. Made a simple Margherita with extra
tomatoes (one of my favs).
