This Oat milk is made from 3 ingredients: water, oats and calsuim carbonate. It is free from sugar, cholesterol, preservatives and stabilisers. Low in fat and a good source of calcium. A good Oat milk but unfortunately not the best according to my liking for breakfast or coffee, but works wonderful in bakes. It is not as creamy as other normal Oat mylks. I will only buy it again if it is on special. I bought it at Clicks on-line, 3 for 2 special.

Again I can never find barista oat milks except for in Dis-Chem and Woolies, so I wish I could get this one in the barista version as I mainly use it in my coffee and so my use probably doesn’t do the product justice. But overall a decent product.
This is quite thin and watery, with little white particles floating around. It’s not great in tea or coffee, but okay in cereal.
This one is not for me. It’s not as creamy as Oatly or Okja. The plus side is that it contains only 3 ingredients, so it’s pretty clean.
