I like to use these Seitan slices in sandwich melts.I grill the seitan slices on a nonstick pan and then I add to bread and choice of vegan cheese add some vegan butter and bam delicious.
I honestly didn’t know that I bought slices when I grabbed these originally, because I was in a rush. So when I found out I was a little hesitant. But these were actually pretty good! All you do is throw them in a pan with some oil and you’re all set. I would totally recommend these.
These are good if prepared correctly. The box looks amazing the actual product shrink-wrapped in the box looks horrible. I tasted it cold which I wouldn’t recommend doing. You’ll need to pan-fry a few slices in a little olive oil, add smoked cheese and let it melt. Grill some red onion and add those to your sandwich along with your favorite dressing and veggies and you’ll find it’s a game-changer. I like making my Seitan however I’ll be keeping a few of these in my freezer.
